Show Centre
The Self-Build House Company is a member of the Scandia-Hus Group of companies, and we should like to invite you to visit the Group Show Centre in East Grinstead, where we have built a number of different houses, some of which are available for viewing. Set in landscaped gardens, these beautifully-finished homes will enable you to experience first hand the exceptional standards of design and construction that have won us such wide acclaim.

The timber-frame structure of all SBHC and Scandia-Hus homes are manufactured at the Group’s own factory to exceptionally high standards. The difference between the two products basically lies in the extent of material supply and service provided within the basic price. Through SBHC you may elect to purchase only the timber frame structure, or alternatively you may opt for a ‘mix and match’ approach and include for instance also the windows and insulation, leaving out the board materials and second fix joinery. SBHC offer any combination of materials and services to suit you and your budget.

Either way, you will be able to explore our fully furnished show-houses in a relaxed and unhurried manner at our Sussex Show Centre, Courtfield, Cranston Road, East Grinstead, West Sussex RH19 3YU. The show centre is open Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm. Please phone in advance to make an appointment and we will ensure an experienced member of staff will be there to meet you.
